About Rachael
After 10 years of cooking for renowned chefs at home and abroad, Chef Rachael Frank is creating something entirely of her own, and bringing it to you through pop-ups and private dining experiences. Prior to venturing out on her own, Rachael was most recently the sous chef at Michelin-starred Madcap. She has also worked in the kitchens of Saison, Michael Mina, Fäviken, and Frances.
Rachael's culinary style is inspired by the casual fine dining realm, her East Bay roots, as well as time traveling abroad in Europe and South America. She prides herself in seeking out some of the freshest, seasonal, locally sourced Northern California ingredients. |
